The Austin Conservation Project

About ACP:

Established in 2019, the Austin Conservation Project aims to provide a community for UT students who are interested in participating in, learning about and conserving the city of Austin, Texas. Throughout the years the organization has grown and together, we have accomplished some amazing work at UT, around Austin and beyond. Click the links to check it out.

My journey with ACP

Founding ACP taught me about my entrepreneurial drive, my strength of brand building and my ability to bring people together and build a community. Over the years, ACP went through multiple rebrands and below are the 3 ACP logos that have characterized the organization's growth journey.

2019-2020

This is the original ACP logo. This branding represents a period of bootstrapping, building, branding and slow growth.

2020-2022

After ACP won the 2020 Swing Out Award for Best New Organization on campus, ACP entered an era of rapid growth and high demand for Austin conservation inspired merchandise. This logo was our ACP rebrand.

2022-present

At the end of 2021, my cofounder and I passed off the organization to a new board of VPs and two new Co-Presidents. While the new leadership has taken ACP in new directions, the mission on which we built the organization, to bring the Austin culture (weird, unique, fun, hippie meets cowboy) to the University of Texas student body, will forever remain at ACP's core.
